- Nicola Miles Review added: 2018.05.11★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to see Alan as I was having problems with my back and was finding it hard to sit/lay down and was unable to bend down, run etc. Alan was very good at making me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed explaining every step of what he was going to do and checking in with me on any pain/discomfort.
I visited him weekly to begin with and my back has really improved - I have been able to go back to exercise and do all the things I wanted to do. Highly recommend.
